There is no update available in my phone. And the app like netflix is not downloading because the iphone is not updated. How can I update it?

If the iPhone is currently running iOS 12.5.5, you have an iPhone 6 or 6 Plus. That model cannot be updated any more......it has reached the end of the line. If you have an iPhone 5, the best it can do is iOS 10.3.4
