migration assistant (MA) running for 15 hours. From: 2011 MacBook Pro/High Sierra To: 2018 MacBook Pro/Mojove. Wondering if moving 475gb of data should take this long, or if this is normal.
At what point do I terminate the process?

Yes I would terminate it. In my experience a migration never took more than an hour to complete. Are you connecting the two computers via Wi-Fi or a network? If so connect them with a USB cable and all should go well. Good luck.

I've had it take more than 12 hours, but that was like a TB of data.
So immediate progress with your suggestion. Now due to the amount of data we are seeing 5-8 hr transfer, but it is working. thanks.
