How do I access phone calls that are more than the allowed 100.

You don't, sorry, that limit cannot be modified/increased.
You can contact your carrier and ask them for a detailed calls list, or, if you'd like, you can submit your request for the future to Apple directly, using this form:--> Apple – Product Feedback - iPhone
