Hello ~ What type of receipt? Is it for something you purchased? Has the amount actually been billed. Go back through the article you came from…

If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement

If it is not familiar work through the steps there also. If it is not a purchase you made contact your banking institution and/or credit card coming to insure your information has not been breached.
