Mac creating random folders

My mac creates random folders on my desktop. My 1 year old mac book air was doing this and I couldn't find any resolutions in this forum so I "lived with it" and just kept deleting the folders. Now I have a new Mac Book Pro and I'm having the exact same issue. Attached is a sample of the folders

If you migrated your data and settings to your new Mac, this is contained in the migrated data. It's likely caused by an app you have that's doing something you selected or something about it is having unintended consequences.

What non Apple apps do you have and have you uninstalled each in turn to try and determine if one is the culprit. Maybe clean, fixer or optimizer apps? If so, they need to be removed as they are more trouble than good.

I know of no macOS selection that can do that, but you can't rule that out completely. The fact that it's happen to you and no other users are reporting it tends to point to your apps or how you set up macOS.
