Did you have it “repaired” by someone other than Apple? If you did, you can’t ”fix” that. Apple won’t touch it if it’s been tampered with.

If it’s never been serviced by anyone other than Apple, that message may indicate a hardware failure, in which case you should take it to Apple or an authorized service provider.
