dears I received SMS from Itunes that I purchased something costed 11.98 Riyal Saudi but I didn’t purchase anything today or yesterday.

I need to know about the bill that it has the same sum of money

Sounds like a scam. Read this If you see "apple.com/bill" on your billing statement – Apple Support (UK) and View your purchase history for the App Store, iTunes Store and other Apple media services – Apple Support (UK)
