My apple store is disabled how can I fix it ?

Hello ~ Go ahead an contact support as this is Apple’s way to let you know that there may be an issue with your account.

If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes'

Contact through link or by going to upper right hand corner and click on Get Support or:

Contact Apple for support and service

That would be worth a call into Apple. I have called them and got a very nice rep who answered my questions. The only thing I can think of as to why you are kept out is if your pass code is correct. You may try changing passcodes. If the one you are using does not allow a change, then it is the wrong one.

Hello ~ In this particular case the only option is to contact Apple Support and changing your passwords are of no help whatsoever. There is an issue with their account that only Apple can help with.
