Use while charging

Does using Macbook pro 13 2021 while charging cause a battery problem? battery health badly affected? I would be very happy if experienced friends who use external screen can provide information.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 12.5

Use it how you wish. Leaving it plugged in will not damage the computer or the battery.

I am using an external display.

So I have to keep the screen off, do you mind if I use it that way?

You can leave the computer plugged in whenever needed or when convenient to do so. Leaving it plugged in will not damage the computer or the battery.
