My iphone has updated to the latest iOS and Dexcom say that even though the iPhone 11 is compatible with Dexcome G6, the update is not and it will take them some time to catch up. Has anyone got experience of how long it typically takes the Dexcom app to catch up to the latest iOS? Thanks

That would be an excellent question to ask Dexcom.
Annoyingly they have no answer and I have been waiting many days for them to sort out problems with the app on my phone! Getting very frustrated.
Well, the problem is that app developers have to update their apps - the computer manufacturers inform them long before the new OS comes out so they have time to make their product compatible.
I know there really is no excuse for it.
Not only does Dexcom have to write a new app it needs to be approved by the FDA.
