How i must charge my laptop mackbook air m1

Hello

I have tow question:

1. My Cycle Count is 27 and Maximum Capacity is 98%, is this a problem? why less than 3 months my maximum capacity is 98% ?
2. How i must charge my battery? some times i use adaptor for hours and my charge is 100%, is this harmful ?
