Help from being hacked

I need help on how to find uninstalled apps on my iPhone because all my info is shared and I never authorized it

  1. What information is being shared and with whom?
  2. Are you taking advantage of the privacy & security features on the iPhone?
  3. Purchased apps that are not on your device can be found by going to App Store app>tap your photo>tap purchases>tap not on this phone and you should see every app that was ever downloaded to your device.
  4. Never let anyone touch your unlocked device.
