Somehow the labels shrunk to minimal titles!
How do I increase size/length to accommodate longer titles?
Also how to increase size & change color of cursor from black?

Not sure what you mean by they "shrunk". A screen shot would be useful.
You change the cursor size and color in System Preferences > Accessibility > Display > Pointer.
