You will need to follow the the steps to ask for a refund in above link. We are fe forum members like yourself and have no access to you account. Also contact your banking institution and/or credit card to make sure this breach is fully resolved.

I never linked that card with Apple account,

(sorry) It is your negligence that 'someone' can use your bank card just like that.

As these transactions are not being made from my account, but my card details are used from another account to purchased some services/content from Apple. Therefore I can't see anything on Subscriptions and Billing - Official Apple Support.

No, you can't never see in your purchase history.

You will also not receive a refund from Apple.

Contact your bank, they can find out who (name, address & account number) has used your card / collected the amount from your bank account, and when.

Depending on your bank, they can collect the amount back within 30 days.

Also report to the police.

You need to address this with your bank to report fraudulent transactions. Have the card cancelled and get a new one. If there was fraudulent use, it depends on your bank how much you may responsible for - or not.

As for Apple, if someone buys something with a valid card, there is nothing a merchant can do - they sold something in good faith.

However: are you sure that someone actually bought something or did you get a fake notice that your card was used? Check with your bank first and then go from there. If the card was actually used, delete it everywhere and change your passwords.

Not necessarily. I had a charge of over $8,000 from a gambling casino on another continent. Never been there. My card never left my wallet; an investigation revealed that the crook used a CC number generator and got mine as a "live" one. They fabricated the card - my number/account with their name on it and used it. And, fortunately, got caught. That was not my negligence.

Hello ~ Your answer is correct and I totally missed the point to begin with. I too had one of my cards breached the exact same way and luckily my banking institution caught it before completion. It happens.

Hello ~ Your best way forward is to follow *babowa’s* posted information. Your Visa card has been breached and though used to purchase an Apple product…your credit card company will be the correct contact to resolve.

That is irrelevant and we would not have this information since we do not work for Apple; someone used your valid card number to make a purchase - Apple is not at fault. The crook is and your bank needs to deal with it.
