Downloading a video from an iPhone 13 onto a XD picture card and two GB through a laptop

How do I download a video file from my iPhone 13 to a Olympus XD picture card M+ 2GD through my laptop? I am technically illiterate.

Transfer Video from an SD card from a Sony camera please ? The iPad does not transfer the videos on the SD card. I cannot see them. Worse there is a Community thread but I can read neither the full questions (my query has been raised before) nor anyone’s answers !! Is this a secret society ? Hwyl fawr howard
