Weather app is not working after the most recent update to 15.6 . HELP

I have the same issue, but that’s only with my local cities, which are the same as Igna.
Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t.
The app is not loading information and when you try to send the report you get the internet error (I am currently connected to the internet sending this message). Another error that pops as well is that weather cant access the location. I already activated the location for it, deleted and redownloaded the app. I am not the the only user impacted. I have seen other threads about it, in the App Store they is comments making mention of it. And both my daughter and sister have Iphones and experiencing the same issue.
No issues here at all with 2 iPhones and an iPad all running iOS 15.6, so I'm not able to do much troubleshooting. Perhaps another user can help.
Any chance that you are running Virtual Private Network (VPN) software on the iPhones?

Already did. Now getting a different error related to Location. If you see in the image location is already shared. Is there an email address or somewhere I can report the issue to Apple directly?

Is that a third party app? If so, contact the developer to make sure it is compatible.
What exactly is "not working"? Are you saying that you cannot open the app at all, or something else?

What happens if you try to add another city in a different part of the U.S. for weather? Example, try to add Atlanta as a location for Weather.
Already did. All the cities added are showing the same issue
Did you turn on Weather in Location Services, as instructed?
