Payment method failed

Apple keeps declining my Visa card and I’m unable to pay for any subscriptions. May I know why?

Am trying to add a payment method using my visa card but it is being declined. Payment method declined My payment method was decline due to cvc error. Now i cant add my visa card with correct cvc and it says payment method declined contact apple support. I think they have blocked my card???

if it was me then I would read

If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support

if I had more issues after than I would attempt to reach out to apple
