The New M2 macbook Air is getting the heating issue. I'm unable to handle with my hands. The temperatures are hitting 108F. I'm facing difficulties while working on this for longer time. It's causing my thighs to burn. Could you please help me to get rid of this issue?

Hi, as this is a brand new MacBook I suggest that you contact Apple Support to discuss your options. The M2 MacBook Air is fan less but it does have a heatsink that should prevent it from getting too hot

Hi,
I saw few posts related to this heating issue on Macbook M2 air. They're saying to apply a thermal pad on the shield of the CPU. I can't do that, as it might void the warranty. Do you think it's right to do?

I suppose Apple forget to put heatsink or fan on the M2 unit.
You would need to use note cooler.
