Music Play Count Lost After Moving Library

Did you end up moving the "Music Library.musiclibrary" file as well from the prior computer?

If you still have access to it on the computer you can try ensuring the Music app is fully closed, and then hold Option while clicking on the Music app to open it again. It should ask for selecting a library, and then you'll select the Music Library file.

If it's still accessible on the prior computer, you may try migrating it over again, and attempt the same steps.
