Have you searched their—Support/Help/FAQ/Known issues/compatibility/Updates
if no resolve you can simply have your email forward from GoDaddy to another existing email account that has no issue.
This is done through Godaddy as well...
I will add—Godaddy has gone through some multiple changes recently handing off email services to Microsoft...
