Hi, can I use my iMac M1 as an external monitor for Mac Studio? If it is possible, do I need to buy another mouse and keyboard?

Not by Target Display Mode as it’s not been supported on iMacs produced for many years.

if you can find an old HD monitor with a DVI port you can get a cheap adapter which should work.

No target display mode is only supported by some old imac models
