My apple tv needs to be restored
I want to restore my apple tv but i only have a windows pc, I watched several videos but they say I need a macos laptop so please if you have a solution let me know

If you can still access the menus, then you can reset to factory settings to the same effect.

You can do a restore using a PC with the iTunes application as well.

- Note that some models need to be powered at the indicated moment.
- Note that the USB cable needs to support data transfer. Not all cables do, some are for charging only. Some cables are only meant to be used with the originally bundled device.
- The 4K models can’t be restored externally by the user. Contact Apple instead, if that is your model.
