How to fix or reset Magic Mouse 2 settings to factory

iMac 24" Monterey 12.5 - Magic Mouse 2

In System Settings >Mouse > Secondary Click. It's active and stuck on Click on left side. I can't change it back to the right side. I click on it to open the dropdown to change it and nothing happens. I have turned the mouse off and back on, and removed the mouse from Bluetooth (it just drops to the bottom to reconnect), I have restarted.

Nothing I have tried will allow me to reset the settings or remove the mouse completely to clear all mouse settings. Also, I can not turn off Secondary Click unless I restart. Then I can turn it off. How can I change the Secondary Click back so I no longer get a menu popup when I left click?
