Contacts aren’t showing backed up in iCloud
My contacts are selected to back up on cloud but I’m not seeing them backed up when I log into @icloud.com. Where are they?

Contacts aren't part of the backup, they are synced. If you enabled - icloud - contacts - on, then give it a bit for it to sync up with the cloud.
