Dropped iphone x, now has vertical green lines on it

How do I fix my iPhone x (preferably without taking to a repair shop) after I dropped it on the ground and it now has vertical green lines on the right hand side of the screen. It doesn't have any visible problems with the screen (there are no cracks or punture holes). Can I fix it easily or is it a bigger problem???
