iMessage and FaceTime no longer working

As of this morning they were working on my iPhone and iPad. I took a FaceTime call on my phone and after less than a minute was kicked off and sent a message letting me know I needed activation on both FaceTime and iMessages. To be clear I’ve had both devices working for over a year. I checked my network at home and found it was working. I’ve rebooted both devices. I got it to work on my phone for a moment then it all went bad again. They are also both up to date on software.
