You can have battery percentage as long as you have a phone without a notch.
Something tells me the OP's phone has a notch. We'll see.
It doesn't. In the original post, they say " iPhone 6s Plus". That phone does not have a notch.
You do know that many users never update their profiles, correct? My bet is that the OP has a newer phone and is wondering why the percentage display is gone. Let's wait and see what the OP says.
