All of My Notes disappeard , I tried restarting & upgrading however Neither Worked, Any Advice ?

My notes just disappeared. Please help! My notes disappeared except for 5 or so, I had about 25 notes. There is no deleted or recovery option.

Why did all my notes disappear? I went to check my list of notes on my note app and when I checked all my notes have disappeared I can’t find recently deleted button in the app and nothing has helped I need my notes .
