Question about Toca World in app purchasing purchase restoration on mulitple devices

I just had a question about Toca World content purchased in-app. We recently got a new iPad for our daughter and I've already restored her purchases from Toca to that iPad from the older one. However, my youngest daughter is now using the older iPad for her apps, Toca also being one of them. She wants to purchase some of the same content we've previously purchased. My Apple ID is loaded on both. Obviously, it's giving us the prompt that this stuff has been purchased before. So I guess my question is it possible to use the same in app purchases on two different devices? Would buying them again allow for you to use them on two different devices? I know there's a feature for family sharing some content. Would an app like Toca and it's content fall under that feature?


I guess the easiest option would be to load a different Apple ID to the older iPad. My wife has her own. So it wouldn't be totally out of the way to do. I figured I ask if using purchased content on different devices at the same time was possible.

That would depend on the app itself.

Keep in mind that if you decide to use Family Sharing for purchases, such as games/apps, movies and music, that those purchases can be shared, but consumable in-app purchases cannot.
