So after all the bad reviews of the Macbook Pro terrible performance and the noisy Mac Studio, I have set my mind on the Mac Mini, has the best reviews and is silent, but should I go for the M1 or wait till the new Mac Mini is released? it would be nice to have extra USB A ports for sure and more than 16gb RAM. but is it likely to be released this year?

I have just heard that Logic and Pro Tools sessions that were created on Intel computers can not be edited on an M1 computer! Can someone confirm that this is not true please?
