Time to buy a new computer. A MacBook Pro form 2013, which is now 9 years old will have no warranty and wouldn't be worth getting fixed. Apple wouldn't even attempt to repair a melted MacBook Pro. Hopefully you've been backing up so you can move your data to a new machine?
Obviously that Mac is toast, and likely unrepairable. Do not use it. Dispose of it in accordance with whatever your local requirements may be.
If I had to guess, it suffered from some unauthorized repair. Given its age I would suspect an aftermarket battery had been installed.

If you got a 2013 model year Mac in 2021 then it was used, and apparently abused by its former owners.
