How can I change my Amazon Music subscription to a Family Unlimited instead of Individual?

I am trying to figure out how to use the subscriptions.

I can't do it on my iphone and only see the single subscription and not option to update or change, just to cancel. What do i do? How can I subscribe to Apple Music family plan for the advertised rate of 16.99 USD/month The web page at Apple Music - Apple says $16.99 per month, but when I try to subscribe, the only "family" option I see is the "Family One" bundle for $22.99 per month. I only want the music service. How can I get it without being baited and switched?
