What ways can i check to see if my stolen iphone's sim card has been being used

What are the ways to check to see if my STOLEN

iPhone 12Mini's SIM card or any other info has been being used...after I already took all the steps to avoid any ID/Data theft including (today) requesting it to be erased..

Your SIM card is your carriers terrain. You would have to contact them to have the sim blocked
