How do I get all my iPhoto photos in to Photos AFTER having upgraded from Mojave to Big Sur?

Launch Photos with the option key held down. From the dialog, choose your iPhoto Library. Photos will create a new library from you iPhoto media.

Where is your iPhoto Library? Drag it to the Photos icon on the Dock.

iPhoto library did not come up to choose. Only Photos library.
