Yesterday I started playing a game just to spend some time. It was one of those slow paced games that take a lot of time to build anything up. I decided to see if I could exploit the time feature to speed time up. It worked but it also messed with my messages. I deleted every text sent that day but the issue still stands. On the picture you can see that the date is 09/08/2022 or August 9th. I’ve turned off iMessage and restarted my phone and turned iMessage back on and it didn’t fix it. What can I do from here.

Hi tiago_gomes,

Thanks for posting in Apple Communities.

We understand the date of one thread of your messages is incorrect. Make sure any unauthorized software has been removed. iPhone needs to be running a supported version of iOS in Settings > General > Software Update.

Go to Settings > General > Date & Time. Check that "Set Automatically" is selected. If possible, delete the affected thread and send a message to the contact.

Regards.
