Did not receive 3 months free Apple Arcade upon purchasing a new iPad

Hi, I recently purchased a new iPad Pro 11’’. However I did not receive the offer for 3 months worth of Apple Arcade. I have previously subscribed to Apple Arcade before but I am no longer an active subscriber. Am I not eligible to get the 3 months?
