My memo data is getting higher and majorly occupying ipad storage.
How can I set memo app not to use ipad storage and only use icloud storage ?
Your help would be highly apreciated.

Wondering which model of Mac, iPhone or other device you are using,
and
which MacOs,or iOSversion is installed..
Seems iCloud is mainly used for sync of what you choose between devices.
That means the data has to be on your device to sync.to iCloud.
Eg: Deleting in one place deletes from the other.

Really thanks for your reply.
I am using ipad pro 2nd generation 12.9 and iphone 11 pro.
I am mainly using memo app and the storage size was reaching to the level of 38GB on my ipad. Ipad is 64GB only
Actually I initially thought that I could use icloud drive instead of ipad memory like cloud PC. I am also using cloud PC in the company. That's why I thought apple icloud could provide the same environment.
I have finally found the occupied storage size of memo data are different among ipad (38GB), iphone (13GB) and icloud (5.5GB).
So I have deleted memo app on ipad and reinstalled after deleting some major memo data. Present storage of memo data is 9GB now.
I don't know what caused the storage size difference. Anyway I think I have finally resolved the storage problem.
I am considering to buy ipad pro 5th generation 12.9 because I have realized ipad performance remarkably improved after 2nd generation.
