The crown doesn't react on my finger when I try to register ECG. The watch has been at apple twice, they say they don't find anything wrong, in soft / hard ware. Something must be wrong since the fult still exist.
I have restarted the watch as new, it didn't help.
What to do?

Other than that I'm not sure what else you can do that you haven't already. BTW. did you try the Genius Bar at an Apple Store or the online Apple Support?

Hi When I went to an Apple store they recommended me to go to the store where I bought the apple watch.
I don’t know what Genius bar is.
I have had online conversation with apple and I have sent in the watch. They didn’t find any fault on there check.
It’s the crown that not works, I don’t know if they check it. Probably not since the problem still exist.
