I have deleted all the mails from my iCloud but it still says that 1.3GB is being used by Mail.
I have checked all the folders including trash and junk but there is no mail in there.
What is the solution to this? How can I get rid of that hidden 1.3GB?

It is showing me the same amount on all my Apple devices including when I login to iCloud on a browser. I've checked all the iCloud inboxes in every device and they are all empty (including trash and junk).
I've restarted all my devices as well.
Still, it shows 1.3GB being used by MAIL. What's the solution?

Do you see the same amount being reflected when viewing your iCloud storage elsewhere? If unsure, you can check on another device or the iCloud website: iCloud
Also, if you haven't already, you can see if restarting your MacBook Pro helps update the storage amount being reflected, as this refreshes the software: Log out, sleep, wake, restart, or shut down your Mac - Apple Support

Be sure to empty any recently deleted emails by emptying the Trash and Archive mailboxes. This will be located in different locations, depending on the email provider.
Here is how to empty the Trash folder according to Delete email in Mail on iCloud.com - Apple Support:
Empty the Trash
You can delete all the messages in the Trash at the same time.
Important: When you empty the Trash, the messages are permanently deleted. You can’t recover them.
1. In Mail on iCloud.com, clickat the top of the Mailboxes list.
2. Choose Empty Trash, then click Empty Trash again.
