Contact your carrier. If your phone isn't detecting a SIM, it might be defective. They can issue you a new one or help troubleshoot the current one you have.

I am unable to make or receive calls. I am unable to make or receive calls. I went to my carrier today and it has nothing to do with my network or settings. They spent 2 hours trying to figure out what is going on before they concluded that it was a problem with my phone. Anyone have any ideas?
