iPad Markup PDF -- Move scrollbar to the right for left-handed users

When opening a PDF with multiple pages for markup with the Pencil, the scrollbar with thumbnails of the pages appears on the left. This is a nuisance for left-handed users.

It would be nice if this scrollbar appeard on the right for left-handed users, or if we could have a setting to move it left or right.

This behaviour changed in iPadOS15. The PDF-sidebar has been moved from the right to left of the screen (now seemingly causing issues for left-handed users). As a “bonus”, unlike iPadOS14 and earlier, cannot now be hidden at all.

Unfortunately, this feature and its behaviour can neither be configured nor disabled.
