Cannot find downloaded email

Wife's email shows 172 downloaded emails, but those emails are nowhere to be found in her mailbox.

Where can I find those emails?

How do I stop getting my wife's emails? I must have done something recently that caused my wife's emails to show in my account. How can I reverse that and have only my emails showing in my account?

Have you checked the website? They should still be there if they weren't deleted. Even then, they may still be in the site's trash can.
