Blue box showing up each time I hit tab on MacBook?

I might have pressed something on accident to prompt this blue box. It's happening on multiple applications but only occurs every time I press the 'tab.' Any suggestions on how to turn it off would be greatly appreciated!

What I've tried so far:

I checked the switch control (it's off)
Under accessibility, "Enable Full Keyboard Access" is on

Using MacBook Air M2.

Never mind, I figured it out. I had to disable Enable Full Keyboard Access.
