How to get out from guided access when after clicking three times home buttons and volume button (iPad air4), it appears half left side of the keyboard and which I can't press the pass code number to get out.

Thank you for using the Apple Support Communities! Triple-clicking the Side or Home button is a great step to end Guided Access. Have you tried normally restarting the iPad? If not, try that now: Turn iPad on or off. If you're unable to restart normally, try forcing it to restart: Force restart iPad. This will help refresh the software and possibly get rid of the unusual user interface you're seeing. Let us know if you're able to successfully enter the passcode after restarting.

Thank you so much!!! It does work! Really appreciate the reply from you! I did tried normal restarting my iPad previously but I failed to, I tried the way you asked me to"force restart ipad" tried a few times and at last it works! Thanks again!
