FCP Not Recognizing FCP Files/Folders on an External Hard Drive

Hello.

I'm using a 2021 24" M-1 iMac, running iOS 12.5, and FCP, running 10.6.3.

I have my FCP files stored on a 4T external hard drive, formatted for MAC OS Extended, with 2T+ available storage.

FCP won't recognize any FCP files and folders on the external drive - however, a couple of folders show up with the little red "minus" sign. I have, however, many other folders and files on that drive in that same location (Movies) on the external drive.

Does anyone have any thoughts or solutions? Thanks a ton!
