Is there a reason I am receiving text messages from a blocked number? I blocked them and still got a text so I unblocked and re-blocked them and I am still getting text messages. They also have an iPhone. I’m not sure if that matters or not

I acted drastically here, by removing 2 contacts from Contacts completely, so as not to be bothered anymore.
