HOW DO I GET MY PHOTO QUALITY? THE PHOTO IS DELETED FROM CAMERA. Why did this happen?

How are you importing to Photos? Is the Photos > Preference > General set to „Importing: Copy items to the Library“? Or are you referencing the photos in the original location? If you did not copy the photos into Photos, the photos cannot be uploaded to iCloud and must not be deleted from the original location.
