I have the iPhone 13. Out of the box it was running on 15.4 and I comfortably got about 8.5 to 9 hours of screen on time. After updating it to 15.6 , the screen on time is down to 7.5 hours. The usage has been consistent so that cannot be the reason why there is a drop of almost 2 hours screen on time before the battery runs out.
Is this a known issue with 15.6 or am I the only one going through this

It's not a bug that I've come across being reported on these forums.
So, Report this to Apple:
Do your part: Let Apple know what is going on here. Provide them with feedback on this. They may not get back to you directly, but the more feedback they received on this, the more they will know what is going on, and what needs to be fixed in updates to come.

The battery is at 100% . The phone is barely 3 months old. So it definitely has to do with software.
