Zoom virtual background requirements

My zoom says I need a green screen for backgrounds. I seem to have the correct virtual background requirements, although I may be missing something. Can someone advise please? Thank you.

Desktop pictures won’t stop zooming- on Ventura desktop background picture - ever since I upgrade to ventura i cant get desktop photos to not zoom or pan the pictures it is rotating through - I only want it to show the full picture in the window, don’t zoom in, don’t pan top to bottom or side to side - rotate between one full picture to the next full picture regardless if the picture is vertical or horizontal- just show the full complete photo. How do I change this setting back?
