If you turned on water lock you need to turn the crown until it unlocks.

How to use Water Lock and eject water from your Apple Watch - Apple Support

if it’s still otherwise stuck not swiping, Force restart your watch. Press the crown & side button at same time until the apple logo appears, then release.
